It carries a water proof rating of IP68, which means it can be submerged in water without getting damaged, perfect for tracking swim workouts.<\/p>\n Speaking of workouts, it comes preloaded with a bunch of activities<\/strong> <\/a>ready to track, including both running and cycling. A heart rate monitor tracks how hard you’re working during these activities, helping you train more effectively for your next event.<\/p>\n Even if you’re not intending to use it for sports, there are other health features that you might benefit from. A sleep and stress monitor lets you know when something might not be quite right with your health, indicating when you’ve had restless nights or something might be bothering you during the day.<\/p>\n When paired to a mobile phone, you’re able to see notifications come in on your wrist, with Android users able to reply straight from the watch<\/strong><\/a>.
