Tilak Varma and Ruturaj Gaikwad fell in quick succession, while Vaibhav Sooryavanshi and Prabhsimran Singh failed to make an impact earlier. India A are in deep trouble. <\/p>\n
The Indian batting order is in complete disarray in Dambulla. After Tilak Varma’s departure, Ruturaj Gaikwad has followed him back to the pavilion. All eyes will again be on Vaibhav Sooryavanshi. So far, he hasn\u2019t exactly lived up to expectations. In the first game against Sri Lanka A, he scored 14; against Afghanistan A, he did a little better with 44. However, after an extraordinary IPL with the Rajasthan Royals, expectations are much higher. Hopefully, today will be his day. <\/p>\n
India A, Sri Lanka A, Afghanistan A all have played two games each, winning and losing one each. It may be noted that it\u2019s a double round-robin format, and going forward, there will be a pressing need to win. <\/p>\n
