The lanes were shut from junction 11 to junction 12, according to traffic alert service Inrix.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">One lane now remains closed with long delays and four-mile queues up to the incident.
