Is\u00a0Sarah Platt<\/a>\u00a0(Tina O\u2019Brien<\/a>) having an affair with her ex-boyfriend Gary Windass<\/a>\u00a0(Mikey North<\/a>)? Who killed Theo Silverton<\/a>\u00a0(James Cartwright<\/a>)? The truth is about to be spilled in Coronation Street<\/a> when, by the end of a truly heinous dinner party, we\u2019ll learn the answer to both questions.<\/p>\n As the abuser lay dead on the cobbles, Gary, George Shuttleworth<\/a>\u00a0(Tony Maudsley<\/a>),\u00a0Christina Boyd<\/a>\u00a0(Amy Robbins<\/a>), Summer Spellman<\/a>\u00a0(Harriet Bibby<\/a>), Danielle Silverton (Natalie Anderson)<\/a>\u00a0and Todd Grimshaw<\/a>\u00a0(Gareth Pierce<\/a>), the victim of Theo\u2019s sick abuse, all became suspects.<\/p>\n On the same night, Sarah was brutally attacked by Jodie Ramsey<\/a>\u00a0(Olivia Frances-Brown<\/a>), to stop her from telling everyone about the bunny-boiler\u2019s attempts to seduce David Platt<\/a> (Jack P Shepherd<\/a>).\u00a0<\/p>\n Meanwhile, Gary was at the builder\u2019s yard having some \u2018quality time\u2019 with his wife\u00a0Maria Connor<\/a>\u00a0(Samia Longchambon<\/a>). At least, that\u2019s what Maria told DS\u00a0Kit Green<\/a>\u00a0(Jacob Roberts)<\/a>, the investigating officer who just so happens to be Sarah\u2019s boyfriend.<\/p>\n This turned out to be a false alibi to secure Gay\u2019s release from custody after he was caught deleting incriminating footage of himself smashing Theo\u2019s work van with a sledgehammer<\/a>. Maria covered for Gary because she firmly believed her didn\u2019t kill his monstrous ex-employee.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n But this begs the question, if Gary wasn\u2019t killing Theo that night, what was he doing\u2026 and who was he with?<\/p>\n The popular fan theory<\/a> is that the bad boy builder is sparking up an affair with his old flame Sarah, and there\u2019s certainly evidence to prove it. The pair have been looking pretty cosy recently with plenty of private conversations, and Gary practically bit Maria\u2019s head off for criticising Sarah<\/a>.<\/p>\n It\u2019s not just a fan theory. Even Maria has started to grow suspicious<\/a>. <\/p>\n After catching Sarah and Gary share a close hug, she\u2019s determined to catch them out\u2026and she might just get her chance during a dinner party at Kit and Sarah\u2019s flat, in upcoming Coronation Street episodes.<\/p>\n \t\t With Kit mulling popping the question to Sarah<\/a>, it\u2019s sure to be a party to remember in more ways than one. <\/p>\n The episode kicks off with a flashforward \u2013 the remnants of a dinner party from Hell. Broken glass, a chair upended and blood splattered across the table cloth. What happened here?<\/p>\n We then rewind as Kit reminds Sarah about their date night and suggests they go food shopping at lunchtime, but when Kit receives a text from Sarah cancelling their lunchtime trip, Brody Michaelis<\/a>\u00a0(Ryan Mulvey<\/a>) doesn\u2019t eases him that Sarah\u2019s had a better offer. <\/p>\n \t\t\t\tDon’t miss a Soaps scoop! What does Kit have in store?<\/p>\n You could cut the tension with a knife as Todd, Summer, Gary and Maria arrive for the dinner party, and Maria can\u2019t resist aiming some catty comments at Sarah. <\/p>\n \t\t Kit, meanwhile, does his best to get Gary on his own, making pointed remarks about everyone\u2019s motive to lie.<\/p>\n With the party in rapidly spinning out of control, Kit serves up the main course, but as Maria begins a vitriolic toast to the hosts, she then announces that Gary and Sarah have been having an affair for weeks.<\/p>\n As we tumble into flashbacks, Theo\u2019s murderer is finally unmasked, but with more than one party guest at the table with a motive, who did kill Theo?
