{"id":103417,"date":"2025-05-15T11:46:07","date_gmt":"2025-05-15T11:46:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/103417\/"},"modified":"2025-05-15T11:46:07","modified_gmt":"2025-05-15T11:46:07","slug":"fia-confirm-mclaren-mcl39-verdict-after-intensive-investigation-launched","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/103417\/","title":{"rendered":"FIA confirm McLaren MCL39 verdict after &#8216;intensive&#8217; investigation launched"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Formula 1\u2019s governing body the FIA has confirmed that Oscar Piastri\u2019s McLaren was found to be in compliance with the F1 2025 technical regulations after an \u201cextensive\u201d inspection following the Miami Grand Prix.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A verdict penned by the FIA\u2019s Formula 1 technical delegate Jo Bauer read: \u201cAfter the race in Miami car number 81 was randomly chosen among the top ten cars for more extensive physical inspections.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSubject to these physical inspections were the wheel bodywork assemblies. The following checks were carried out on all corners:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe compliance of all components with TR Article 3.13.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPhysical checks for compliance with TR Article 11.5 on all four corners.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAll inspected components were found to be in conformance with the 2025 Formula One Technical Regulations.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Charles Leclerc\u2019s Ferrari was also picked at random in Miami, with the SF-25 also passing stringent tests.<\/p>\n<p>Bauer continued: \u201cAfter the race in Miami car number 16 was randomly chosen among the top ten cars for more extensive physical inspections.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSubject to these physical inspections was the steering wheel assembly.
