Planning consent was recently <a href=\"https:\/\/benews.co.uk\/bankfoot-apam-and-npv-get-green-light-for-leeds-office-to-resi-redevelopment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">secured<\/a> for the comprehensive redevelopment of the site into a 170-unit residential scheme, featuring a mix of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.<\/p>\n<p>The scheme\u2019s onsite amenity offer will include a gym, cinema room, co-working spaces, dining\/function room and a rooftop terrace offering panoramic views of the city.<\/p>\n<p>Rhys Williams, associate director at Catella APAM, which has been appointed by NPV to launch the sale of the asset, said:\u00a0\u201cZurich House represents an exceptional opportunity to acquire a planning-approved, design-led BTR scheme in one of the UK\u2019s strongest regional rental markets.
