A Britain\u2019s Got Talent<\/a> star has withdrawn from the show after pulling out of the first live semi-final.<\/p>\n

Teddy Magic was due to perform on the talent competition last month, however, it was announced right at the last minute that he needed \u2018more time\u2019 and was nervous.<\/p>\n

Hosts Ant and Dec announced on the show that the 8-year-old would not be performing tonight, but fans could expect to see him at a later date.<\/p>\n

Now, however, it has been confirmed that the magician has quit the show altogether following talks.<\/p>\n

A BGT Spokesperson told the Mirror<\/a>: \u2018After discussions with Teddy\u2019s parents and the production team, it has been jointly agreed that Teddy won\u2019t perform in this year\u2019s semi-finals, but BGT hopes to see Teddy again in a future series.\u2019<\/p>\n

They told The Sun<\/a>: \u2018We want to thank everyone who has supported Teddy and cheered him on \u2013 he continues to fill our world\u00a0with magic.\u2019<\/p>\n

Teddy wowed audiences with his original audition as he used telepathy to pull pranks on the judges.<\/p>\n

In particular, KSI was shown an extremely impressive card trick which kept viewers hooked.<\/p>\n

While the exact reasons for his withdrawal from the show are not clear, Radio Times<\/a> suggested he may have been experiencing nerves or had a last-minute issue with his act.<\/p>\n

After it was revealed he would not be performing in Britain\u2019s Got Talent\u2019s semi-final, many fans took to X to share their concern.<\/p>\n

Teddy\u2019s initial audition was the first time he had ever been on stage.<\/p>\n

He performed in front ofSimon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon, and guest host KSI.<\/p>\n

Discussing it, he told KentOnline<\/a>: \u2018I stood on the stage, I was fine, I don\u2019t know why. I wasn\u2019t nervous and it was really cool seeing all the people lined up in perfect rows.\u2019<\/p>\n

Prior to his semi-final no-show, betting odds had the magician as high as second to win the entire series.<\/p>\n
