Following a stunning 60-5 dismantling of the Chiefs in the Super Rugby Pacific final at Hnry Stadium on Saturday, here are the player ratings for the Hurricanes.<\/b><\/p>\n

15 Callum Harkin:<\/b> Injected himself nicely into game as the backs played around the brilliance of Jordie Barrett and Cam Roigard. Lovely line and pass to provide the assist for Fehi Fineanganofo\u2019s record-breaking score. 7<\/b>
<\/p>\n

14 Josh Moorby:<\/b> A constant menace who Dave Rennie simply has to name in his All Blacks<\/a> squad. A strong, powerful runner that can finish, but his core skills are also strong and suit the Test game. Equalled the Super Rugby<\/a> try-scoring record after Fineanganofo had broken it. 9<\/b><\/p>\n

13 Billy Proctor:<\/b> The spectacular was left to others but Proctor was solid on both sides of the ball. There was some deft handling in difficult conditions while he didn\u2019t give the Chiefs<\/a> a sniff in defence. 7<\/b><\/p>\n

Perfection<\/p>\n

12 Jordie Barrett (cc):<\/b> Sheer perfection. In a side full of quality performances, it still felt like Barrett was a class apart. The centre was the heartbeat of the backline, taking on responsibility and being the primary decision-maker. It resulted in an incredibly slick team display. Hopefully the rib-tickler he received from Samipeni Finau did not cause too much damage. 10<\/b><\/p>\n

11 Fehi Fineanganofo:<\/b> Finally got the moment he deserved after a wonderful campaign, breaking the Super Rugby record, although he was later joined by Moorby on 17. Not too much else to report outside of that but Fineanganofo was still a threat when he received the ball. 7<\/b><\/p>\n

10 Ruben Love:<\/b> Has this decided the All Blacks 10 for the Nations Championship? We reckon so. Love acts more as a facilitator than a general in this Hurricanes<\/a> outfit, so it will be interesting to see how that translates to Test level, but he deserves his chance in Rennie\u2019s team. Scored a nice individual try in the first half \u2013 coincidently after his own mediocre grubber through \u2013 and set up another, before he completed his brace with a ridiculous finish. Also kicked like a dream considering the windy conditions. 9<\/b><\/p>\n

9 Cam Roigard:<\/b> Comfortably outclassed Cortez Ratima and didn\u2019t seem to have any of the issues his All Blacks rival had playing into the wind. There weren\u2019t the searing breaks we\u2019ve become accustomed to but it was a performance full of quality and class. 9<\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"\/<\/p>\n

8 Peter Lakai:<\/b> Some powerful work at close quarters without being at his destructive best. Lakai did his job very well both with and without the ball. 7<\/b><\/p>\n

7 Du\u2019Plessis Kirifi (cc):<\/b> A couple of carries which bristled with intent early on set the tone as Kirifi led by example. However, it was the front five that were the stars of the pack. 7<\/b><\/p>\n

6 Devan Flanders:<\/b> Signed off with a superb try and worked incredibly hard in attack and defence. Brings balance to the loose trio and you suspect they will miss him next season, even if Ardie Savea returns. 8<\/b><\/p>\n

Remarkable front five effort<\/p>\n

5 Warner Dearns:<\/b> Has probably been the best lock in the competition this season and showed why on Saturday. Disrupted Chiefs ball at the lineout, made life difficult for Ratima at the breakdown and was physical around the field. 8<\/b><\/p>\n

4 Isaia Walker-Leawere:<\/b> Caleb Delany looked like he would be a big miss and early on there were a couple of set-piece issues, but Walker-Leawere then proceeded to produce a wonderful display. Seemed to be everywhere and at one stage looked like a fly-half following a deft cross-field kick. 9<\/b><\/p>\n

3 Pasilio Tosi:<\/b> A behemoth at scrum and in the loose. Not as devastating as his front-row team-mates but Tosi completed a wonderful season with another fine showing that should see him a key part of the All Blacks squad this year. 7<\/b><\/p>\n

2 Asafo Aumua:<\/b> It was a real statement from the hooker, who will have to contend with Codie Taylor and Samisoni Taukei\u2019aho at Test level. Aumua was utterly destructive around the field and also did the fundamentals incredibly well. 9<\/b><\/p>\n

1 Xavier Numia:<\/b> Got extra kudos from the commentator after being mistaken for Aumua twice, but he didn\u2019t need it as Numia was outstanding in most facets. Whether it was carrying or scrummaging, the loosehead made an impact. 8<\/b><\/p>\n

Replacements:<\/b> Continued the work of the starters with the Hurricanes absolutely relentless for most of the second period. There was only one real lull but they regained their mojo to finish off this magnificent destruction of the Chiefs with a Jone Rova try. The likes of Tyrel Lomax, Brad Shields, Brayden Iose and Kini Naholo were huge off the bench. 8<\/b><\/p>\n
