A man was attacked and knocked unconscious in an assault at a roundabout in Middleton earlier this month.<\/p>\n
Police said that following enquiries, it’s believed the victim, a 62-year-old, was approached from behind and assaulted, causing him to lose consciousness, at the roundabout between Green Lane and Stanycliffe Lane on May 6.<\/p>\n
At around 8.30pm, the unknown suspect is then reported to have verbally abused him before fleeing the scene, Greater Manchester Police said.<\/p>\n
