Manchester United midfielder Manuel Ugarte is likely to face an extended absence after suffering a knee ligament injury in Uruguay\u2019s World Cup defeat to Spain on Friday.<\/p>\n

In a social media post<\/a> on Sunday, Ugarte said the timing of the injury \u201cis something that will stay with me for the rest of my life\u201d.<\/p>\n He added: \u201cHitting rock bottom will make me stronger in every sense, and I truly believe that\u2019s the case here.
