These are important documents which act as a public record of key decisions in the city region and keep citizens across the local authority areas informed of their council’s decision making.<\/p>\n
From planning applications, to bins, to parking, councils are duty bound to make their decisions available to the public. This is part of the transparency and accountability policies all local authorities must adhere to.<\/p>\n
Public notices are surfaced on the main pages of local news websites, further enhancing people\u2019s access to and understanding of important information about planning, construction, transport links, roadworks, and licensing changes in their local area.<\/p>\n

Access will be maintained for pedestrians and cyclists.<\/p>\n Alternative Route: Dovepoint Road, Birkenhead Road.<\/p>\n Maximum Duration of the order: From 15 July 2026 and will continue to be in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 22 July 2026.<\/p>\n SECTION 14 OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984<\/p>\n (AS AMENDED)<\/p>\n NOTICE OF MAKING TEMPORARY TRAFFIC RESTRICTION ORDER<\/p>\n IN THE NOCTORUM AREA 2026<\/p>\n Notice is hereby given that Wirral Borough Council intend to make a Temporary Road Traffic Regulation Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by section 1 and Schedule 1 of the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers to enable works on or near the roads specified in the proposed order to take place.<\/p>\n The effects of the order, the alternative route for vehicular traffic, the date the order comes into force and its maximum duration is set out below.<\/p>\n Ormond Way (Temporary Road Closure) Noctorum Order 2026<\/p>\n The effect of this order will be to close Ormond Way, Noctorum at its junction with Ossett Close to its junction with Olivia Close to all vehicular traffic.
