Officers descended on a Trafford<\/a> street after a ‘disturbance’ left a man injured. Emergency services were called out to Aimson Road East, in Timperley<\/a>, at around 5.20pm on Thursday evening (July 2).<\/p>\n

Greater Manchester Police<\/a> says it received reports of a disturbance at a property on the street. A man suffered a ‘minor’ injury, according to the force.<\/p>\n

Officers arrested a woman in her 60s on suspicion of assault. The investigation remains ongoing today (Friday). An image from the scene showed at least four GMP cars and two ambulances in attendance on Aimson Road East.<\/p>\n

A GMP spokesperson said: “At around 5.20pm yesterday (July 2), officers responded to reports of a disturbance at a property on Aimson Road East, Timperley. One man suffered minor, non life-threatening injuries.<\/p>\n

“A woman in her 60s was arrested on suspicion of assault.
