Angoli and her father, Carlo, also fear for their other fields at Torre Beretti, about 60 kilometres (35 miles) south of Milan, that should be harvested in September.<\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">\u201cWe need about 50 mm [two inches] of rain, but without hail,\u201d said Carlo Angoli. \u201cOr a big hailstorm in September and then the insurance will reimburse us,\u201d he joked.<\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">Pavia is at the heart of Italy\u2019s rice-making industry.
