{"id":1073461,"date":"2026-07-07T05:26:29","date_gmt":"2026-07-07T05:26:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/1073461\/"},"modified":"2026-07-07T05:26:29","modified_gmt":"2026-07-07T05:26:29","slug":"gensler-submits-plans-to-extend-21st-century-sidell-gibson-office-block","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/1073461\/","title":{"rendered":"Gensler submits plans to extend 21st-century Sidell Gibson office block"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The US practice, which has a London office, is seeking permission for a \u2018modernisation and expansion\u2019 of Sidell Gibson Architects\u2019 20-year-old 140 Aldersgate.<\/p>\n<p>The scheme for JP Morgan Asset Management involves demolishing elements of the 2005 building and adding two new storeys along with a terrace and large reception.<\/p>\n<p>It would have eight office floors, along with retail and reception space straddling its ground level and basement.
