It was crowned the City of Culture in 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, Perth has an average house price of \u00a3228,534 and an average monthly rent of \u00a3753.<\/p>\n<p>A spokesperson at esure said: \u201cFrom the data, it\u2019s clear that we\u2019re seeing an interest in a range of cities across the UK, with locations like Leeds ranking highly.
