A hugely popular dinosaur attraction is coming to Bristol, it has been announced. The Jurassic Immersive Experience is coming to the UK for the very first time, following a highly successful tour in Austria and Germany.<\/p>\n
Opening on Saturday, June 7 at Bristol Cribbs Causeway for a limited time only, this cutting-edge experience transports visitors into a prehistoric world ‘unlike anything seen before.’<\/p>\n
With lifelike dinosaur encounters, immersive environments, thrilling virtual reality rides, and plenty of hands-on activities, it\u2019s been described as the perfect day out for children and adults.<\/p>\n
Designed to educate, engage, and entertain, the interactive journey of Jurassic Immersive begins when a hidden dinosaur sanctuary is uncovered after a powerful earthquake.<\/p>\n
Visitors can step into the GenoX Research Lab to uncover the secrets of the prehistoric world unearthed. Here, budding scientists can learn about dinosaur behaviour, anatomy, and evolution through hands-on experiments and interactive digital displays.<\/p>\n
Sign up to receive our What’s On in Bristol newsletter<\/a> for all the latest on things to do and places to eat<\/strong><\/p>\n In the Observation Lab, guests can interactively experience dinosaurs up close in their natural habitat – peek through the bars to see them swim, stomp, and soar, while discovering the different eras in which these prehistoric creatures once roamed, through fascinating facts at digital info stations.<\/p>\n For thrill-seekers, the Sanctuary 5D Ride delivers an action-packed experience through the jungle, filled with heart-pounding surprises from the blowing wind to the thumping foot of a dinosaur.<\/p>\n Visitors can also put on a pair of VR goggles and soar over the reserve\u2019s ancient islands in the Pterosaurs Flyover, a breathtaking virtual reality journey on the back of a majestic flying dinosaur.<\/p>\n More unmissable immersive encounters happen in the Jungle Encounter, where guests come face-to-face with life-sized dinosaurs, including the mighty T-Rex and the gentle Brachiosaurus.<\/p>\n Jurassic Immersive offers even more fun, with activities such as excavating virtual fossils, feeding raptors, training a dinosaur, and tackling interactive challenges.
