Ahead of\u00a0the\u00a0awards ceremony, held
\non\u00a0the\u00a0territory of\u00a0the\u00a0Rossiya National Centre, Vladimir Putin viewed an\u00a0exhibition of\u00a0projects of\u00a0the\u00a0Russian Popular Front. Head of\u00a0the\u00a0Front\u2019s
\nExecutive Committee Mikhail Kuznetsov \"Kuznetsov Kuznetsov MikhailHead of the Russian Popular Front Executive Committee <\/a> acted as\u00a0guide. <\/p>\n

The\u00a0President was shown inventions
\nof\u00a0the\u00a0Kulibin Club, an\u00a0association of\u00a0enterprises of\u00a0the\u00a0people\u2019s defence
\nindustry, briefed on\u00a0the\u00a0Front\u2019s assistance to\u00a0people in\u00a0Russian border regions
\nand\u00a0liberated territories. The\u00a0President also inspected stands showcasing the\u00a0rehabilitation of\u00a0veterans of\u00a0the\u00a0special military operation, as\u00a0well as\u00a0other
\nexhibits highlighting mobile medicine and\u00a0programmes for\u00a0training drone operators.\n<\/p>\n

President of\u00a0Russia Vladimir Putin: <\/b>Thank you very much for\u00a0such a\u00a0warm
\nwelcome.<\/p>\n

For\u00a0my\u00a0part, I\u00a0would like to\u00a0say
\nthat when the\u00a0Russian Popular Front was established 15 years ago, it was by\u00a0no
\nmeans a\u00a0spontaneous decision. Today, as\u00a0we mark its 15th anniversary,
\nI\u00a0can say with confidence that it has fully justified its creation. First and\u00a0foremost, it has brought together people like you. I\u00a0want to\u00a0express my\u00a0deepest
\ngratitude for\u00a0everything you do.<\/p>\n

Over the\u00a0past 15 years\u00a0\u2013 not just
\nduring the\u00a0years of\u00a0the\u00a0special military operation, which is highly important,
\nand\u00a0I\u00a0will certainly mention it as\u00a0well\u00a0\u2013 you have always been at\u00a0the\u00a0forefront
\nof\u00a0addressing the\u00a0country\u2019s challenges. You have always been able to\u00a0identify
\nwhere attention should be focused in\u00a0order to\u00a0help specific people. Ultimately,
\nthat means helping the\u00a0entire country and\u00a0the\u00a0Russian state as\u00a0a\u00a0whole.<\/p>\n

This direct feedback from people is
\ninvaluable for\u00a0every level of\u00a0government and\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0country. As\u00a0I\u00a0understand
\nit, you are currently monitoring the\u00a0implementation of\u00a0552 presidential
\ninstructions. These are not abstract discussions. Where do presidential
\ninstructions come from? They emerge from the\u00a0Direct Line with citizens. Of\u00a0course,
\nthese direct lines are carefully prepared and\u00a0supported by\u00a0large teams, but
\nthey nevertheless represent a\u00a0live dialogue with the\u00a0people.<\/p>\n

These instructions do not appear out
\nof\u00a0nowhere. They arise directly from people\u2019s concerns\u00a0\u2013 from the\u00a0problems they
\nface in\u00a0their daily lives and\u00a0the\u00a0challenges they are striving to\u00a0overcome.
\nThat is where they come from. And\u00a0what are you doing? You are working to\u00a0help
\npeople directly.<\/p>\n

Even their requests that later
\nbecome instructions issued by\u00a0the\u00a0head of\u00a0state are not always easy to\u00a0implement within such a\u00a0vast administrative system. As\u00a0you know, this problem
\nis not unique to\u00a0Russia\u00a0\u2013 it is a\u00a0challenge faced by\u00a0governments everywhere in\u00a0the\u00a0world. But nowhere else is there an\u00a0organisation like yours\u00a0\u2013 the\u00a0Russian Popular
\nFront.<\/p>\n

You are working in\u00a0all the\u00a0most important areas. Let us take healthcare,
\nfor\u00a0example: thanks to\u00a0your efforts, solutions are being found to\u00a0the\u00a0problems
\nfaced by\u00a0children suffering from diabetes. In\u00a0education, you are drawing
\nattention to\u00a0important aspects of\u00a0this extremely important field\u00a0\u2013 and\u00a0I\u00a0apologise
\nfor\u00a0the\u00a0repetition.<\/p>\n

What could be more important than a\u00a0child\u2019s soul? What could be more important than shaping a\u00a0child\u2019s outlook on\u00a0life, their attitude towards society and\u00a0towards
\nother people? What could be more important
\nthan fostering
\nrespect among the\u00a0younger generation for\u00a0their parents and\u00a0grandparents, and\u00a0for\u00a0everything they have done throughout their lives\u00a0\u2013 for\u00a0them, for\u00a0their future children and\u00a0for\u00a0their grandchildren?<\/p>\n

What could be more important than all of\u00a0this for\u00a0preserving, strengthening and\u00a0further developing the\u00a0Russian state? Nothing. And\u00a0this is what you are doing.<\/p>\n

Finally, during the\u00a0special military operation, you are working directly
\nwith people\u00a0\u2013 with our service members and\u00a0with their families. What could be more important than this? Nothing. Today, there is nothing more important. And\u00a0this is what you are doing.<\/p>\n

You know, people often ask: how is it that the\u00a0entire Russophobic,
\naggressive part of\u00a0the\u00a0so-called collective West is fighting against us, while
\nwe are developing our economy, strengthening our financial system, improving
\nour Armed Forces, achieving new results in\u00a0our defence industry, and\u00a0moving
\nforward\u00a0\u2013 with our service members moving forward? How is this possible?<\/p>\n

It is
\npossible, among other things, thanks to\u00a0your efforts. You have brought together more than 20
\nmillion people, citizens of\u00a0the\u00a0Russian Federation, around your work, and\u00a0you have collected\u00a0\u2013 not from the\u00a0state, but from citizens
\nwho voluntarily contributed because they trust you\u00a0\u2013 almost 70 billion rubles for\u00a0the\u00a0special military operation. That is how it is possible. That is why victory will undoubtedly be
\nours.<\/p>\n

I\u00a0thank you and\u00a0I\u00a0will be pleased to\u00a0take part in\u00a0the\u00a0ceremony honouring the\u00a0awardees
\nof\u00a0the\u00a0Russian Popular Front.<\/p>\n
