(<a href=\"http:\/\/www.wbrc.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">WBRC<\/a>) &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/always.bank\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/always.bank\/\"><b>Always.bank<\/b><\/a>, an online banking service created for small business owners, has opened its headquarters at 2308 1st Ave. S., Suite 108, in Birmingham, which will also function as a co-working space for entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n<p>What BasePoint offers<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/always.bank\/basepoint\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/always.bank\/basepoint\"><b>BasePoint facility<\/b><\/a> includes offices, Zoom rooms, board rooms, an education center and a podcast studio. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Always.bank founder Steve Smith described the space as an all-in-one resource for small business owners and entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Always.bank is an extension of 22nd State Bank and focuses on what Smith calls the \u201cmain street small business\u201d \u2014 a segment he said is often neglected.<\/p>\n<p>Why Birmingham<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Smith said the company chose Birmingham because it is already a hub for small business.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u201cBirmingham provides a lot of opportunity and while there are a lot of people that say they do small business here, there\u2019s nobody truly focused on what I call the life and heart of small businesses which is main street businesses,\u201d Smith said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Smith said BasePoint is a reflection that small business banking should extend beyond transactions and into real relationships and community.<\/p>\n<p>Membership and pricing<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">BasePoint offers three membership levels \u2014 essential, premium and ultimate.
