THREE men have been charged with kidnapping a man who was seen being bundled into a car in Fishponds.<\/p>\n
Avon & Somerset police said witnesses reported seeing a man being forced into a silver Mercedes C220 car shortly after 7pm on Tuesday.<\/p>\n
Police on patrol then spotted the car in North Bristol but it was driven off and later found abandoned in Portview Road, Avonmouth.<\/p>\n
There they found a man \u201cwith facial fractures and other injuries\u201d.<\/p>\n
A spokesperson said the man is now receiving medical care for the injuries, which are \u201cnot currently thought to be either life-threatening or life changing\u201d.<\/p>\n
Three men were arrested within two hours of the first call to police, after a search of the area where the car was found.<\/p>\n
They appeared at Bristol Magistrates\u2019 Court today, charged with kidnap, causing grievous bodily harm with intent and possessing Class B drug ketamine with intent to supply.<\/p>\n

They are: Tremayne Jones, aged 25, from Bristol but of no fixed address, Deshun Campbell-Ngonga, 26, from Enfield in London and Cameron Ettenforbes, 31, from Bexley in London, who has also been charged with dangerous driving.<\/p>\n
Police have not named the injured man but say he is from Bristol.<\/p>\n
A spokesperson said: \u201cWe\u2019d like to thank the members of the public who reported what happened, those who cared for the injured man until officers arrived.<\/p>\n
