But public support failed to materialise, adding to the UK\u2019s long-running Eurovision woes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Meanwhile, Israel\u2019s Yuval Raphael delivered a performance that sparked controversy and disruption.
