font-style: normal; text-transform: none; text-align: inherit; font-variant-numeric: normal;\">&#8216;Is ChatGPT down?&#8217; was trending on Google, and more than 3,000 users flagged on the website DownDetector that the chatbot was not working on Saturday morning.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"text text-block paragraph text-left neo-font-paragraph-xl-reg  yf-18d6y07\" style=\"text-decoration: none; font-style: normal; text-transform: none; text-align: inherit; font-variant-numeric: normal;\">Seventy-nine per cent of the outage reports relating to OpenAI were for ChatGPT, while 9 per cent were for the app and 8 per cent were for Codex, according to DownDetector.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"text text-block paragraph text-left neo-font-paragraph-xl-reg  yf-18d6y07\" style=\"text-decoration: none; font-style: normal; text-transform: none; text-align: inherit; font-variant-numeric: normal;\">An OpenAI status update said that it was &#8220;fully operational&#8221; again just after midday on Saturday.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"text text-block paragraph text-left neo-font-paragraph-xl-reg  yf-18d6y07\" style=\"text-decoration: none;
