Considering the ongoing RAM supply issues due to the explosion of AI data centers, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theverge.com\/tech\/962145\/the-pixel-11-could-come-with-a-higher-price-tag\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">rumored price hike<\/a> is not a complete surprise. Companies from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theverge.com\/tech\/956903\/apple-price-increase-2026-macbook-ipad-mac-home-vision-pro\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Apple<\/a> to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theverge.com\/games\/926606\/nintendo-switch-2-price-hikes-earnings-results\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Nintendo<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theverge.com\/games\/957042\/xbox-price-increase-memory-shortage\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Microsoft<\/a> to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theverge.com\/streaming\/970814\/roku-streaming-price-increase\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Roku<\/a>, have all raised their prices in response to the soaring cost of memory.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1044qizi _18mzr4b1 _18mzr4b0 _19wv7tc1\">Barkat said that Google had \u201cshielded our consumers from supply fluctuations for as long as possible,\u201d but that the \u201ceconomics have fundamentally shifted and we\u2019re not immune to that.\u201d He went on to tell 9to5 that the Pixel lineup would see pricing \u201cadjustments,\u201d accordingly, that \u201cwill be rolled out dynamically to match supply realities.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1044qizi _18mzr4b1 _18mzr4b0 _19wv7tc1\">The base model Pixel 11 is expected to cost <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theverge.com\/tech\/964972\/google-pixel-11-colors-rumor\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">$899<\/a>, but would come with 256GB of storage, instead of 128GB. It\u2019s also rumored that the <a href=\"https:\/\/9to5google.com\/2026\/07\/13\/this-might-be-the-pixel-11-in-three-colors-gallery\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Pixel 11 Pro<\/a> could go from 16GB of RAM to 12GB. We won\u2019t have to wait too long to find out for sure, though.
