The Bedminster Beer Trail will return for its fourth year this Bank Holiday weekend.<\/p>\n

Promising a weekend ‘packed with independent craft brews, community spirit and the unique character of South Bristol’, the trail will run from Friday, May 23, to Sunday, May 25.<\/p>\n

Beer lovers can embark on a journey through 13 of Bedminster’s best independent pubs, bars<\/a>, breweries and taprooms.<\/p>\n

Across the weekend, more than 100 different beers will be available to try, including exclusive one-off brews, special collaborations and rare finds “served up by the people who make Bristol beer what it is”.<\/p>\n

The venues taking part in The Trail<\/a> this year include Bristol Beer Factory Taproom, Tobacco Factory<\/a>, The Spotted Cow, Lupe, Bar 57, KASK, Local, The Steam Crane, The Dame, The Coronation, On Point Brewing, Alpha Bottleshop, and Bruhaha.<\/p>\n

Launched as a way to shine a light on BS3’s thriving hospitality scene and explore ‘one of the UK’s most vibrant neighbourhoods’, this year’s edition will feature a new limited edition Trail Beer, which has been brewed in collaboration with New Bristol Brewery.<\/p>\n

Named ‘It’s Bemmie not Bedmo’, the beer is described as being a playful nod to the area’s local identity and a ‘must-try’ for Trail-goers.<\/p>\n

Alongside this exclusive beer, venues taking part will also host exclusive experiences throughout the weekend, including meet-the-brewer events<\/a>, beer and food <\/a>pairings, DJ sets, and live music<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Mike Fenlon, co-owner of Lupe Bar & Kitchen and Alpha Bottle Shop, said: “The Trail has grown every year and 2025 is going to be huge.<\/p>\n

“It\u2019s not just about beer – it\u2019s about the people and places that make this part of the city feel special. And with over 100 beers on offer, there\u2019s genuinely something for everyone.”<\/p>\n

Trail maps are now available to pick up at all participating venues, meaning those taking part in the weekend can create their own route.<\/p>\n

There’s no ticket or entry fee required, you just turn up, grab a map and enjoy.<\/p>\n

As they visit each venue, they will collect stamps as they go, and those who complete the trail will unlock a 10 per cent discount on draft beer at all venues until the end of May.<\/p>\n

Charlie Taylor, co-owner of KASK, added: “This is the most fun weekend of the year.<\/p>\n

“The atmosphere over the last three editions has been incredible and it\u2019s great to know that the same feeling is being replicated throughout BS3 at other independent venues. Get out on the Trail and support your local!”<\/p>\n
