The AA333 flight was heading from Athens to JFK international when it was diverted.<\/p>\n<p>The Boeing 777 took off at 16:31 local time from the Greek capital, flight tracking data shows. No updates have been issued by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.express.co.uk\/latest\/heathrow-airport\" data-link-tracking=\"InArticle|AutoLink\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Heathrow airport<\/a> or American Airlines.
