rubble and other bulky items dumped along the roadside.<\/p>\n<p>The driver, who did not want to be named, said he was stunned by the scale of the dumping.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It was probably over 200 metres,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s odd seeing such a lot of fly-tipping over the summer months.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Although he filmed the scene while driving, he said he also regularly cycles around Kent&#8217;s rural lanes and has noticed similar scenes elsewhere.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I cycle the lanes a lot and yesterday I saw a few tip sites up Common Road in Hadlow as well, including in gateways to farmers&#8217;
