{"id":1129025,"date":"2026-08-04T02:35:28","date_gmt":"2026-08-04T02:35:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/1129025\/"},"modified":"2026-08-04T02:35:28","modified_gmt":"2026-08-04T02:35:28","slug":"clapham-based-broadcaster-launches-new-podcast-celebrating-londons-music-scene","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/1129025\/","title":{"rendered":"Clapham-based broadcaster launches new podcast celebrating London\u2019s music scene"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>A Clapham-based radio presenter, broadcaster and DJ\u2019s up-and-coming podcast launches its first episode on Tuesday, covering London\u2019s bustling music industry.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Caroline Hesford, or Cazzyette by her DJ alter-ego, welcomes DJs, artists, producers and industry figures for honest conversations on their experiences, careers and realities of the music scene in podcast What\u2019s On Your Rider?<\/p>\n<p>The question What\u2019s On Your Rider?, inspired by the requests and conditions <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swlondoner.co.uk\/entertainment\/06032025-watch-pink-pony-club-cabaret-offers-under-represented-performers-a-platform\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">performers<\/a> make when they perform, becomes an opening point in each episode for listeners to discover the person behind each performer.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe rider is such a brilliant way into those conversations because it gives you a glimpse of someone\u2019s personality before they even step on stage,\u201d Caroline said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFrom the essentials they need before a show to the routines and stories behind their careers, it creates a really unique way to discover the person behind the name.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"683\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Caroline-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-193889\"  \/>Caroline Hesford is launching a new podcast (Image credit: Robbie Ewing)<\/p>\n<p>Prior to this podcast, Caroline hosted the Thursday Breakfast show, <a href=\"https:\/\/selectradioapp.com\/index.php?page=presenter&amp;id=26447\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Cazzyette Sunrise<\/a>, on Select Radio, combining music with entertainment for listeners both London and UK wide. <\/p>\n<p>She has also presented breakfast shows on Vibe Radio in Watford, hosted shows on Riverside Radio, Brixton Radio and produced BBC Essex\u2019s Introducing Show whilst DJing.<\/p>\n<p>Alongside broadcast, Cazzyette is her established DJ name, performing at venues like Ministry of Sound and working across brand events and major sporting platforms.<\/p>\n<p>Radio presenter and DJ Connor Dawson aka Onncor, features in the first episode, speaking of his career in construction to becoming a full-time DJ.<\/p>\n<p>New episodes will feature guests from across the music and entertainment space.<\/p>\n<p>Producer and videographer Nuria Riba Rossy produced What\u2019s On Your Rider?
