“Manchester United won\u2019t win the league,” Carragher stated bluntly. “The thing I\u2019ve probably liked about United this summer is it has felt like for years that they\u2019re obsessed with this big name. And I worry a little bit about my own club Liverpool with that, with what we did last summer. But what I would say about Man Utd, it doesn\u2019t feel like they\u2019re on this mission to go and get this big name.”<\/p>\n
He added: “Andrey Santos and Youri Tielemans\u2026 sort of what you might think are clever [signings], people not expecting that, something a bit different.
