A new official Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls<\/a> comic book is out today, and some fans think it may have confirmed the remaining characters from the fighter\u2019s Year 1 DLC.<\/p>\n

We already know Phoenix Cyclops will be part of the roster<\/a>, with three more to be confirmed as part of the title\u2019s first year of post-release support.<\/p>\n

And three characters are included in the comic who aren\u2019t currently announced for the game: Thor, Nova, and Shalla Bal Silver Surfer. That looks like the bones of a DLC lineup to me.<\/p>\n

Obviously this isn\u2019t really confirmation, and the writers of the comic may have simply wanted to include these characters. But if you told me that this was the post-release roster, I\u2019d believe you.<\/p>\n

With the game due out tomorrow, I imagine Arc System Works will tease these reveals over the upcoming year \u2013 there\u2019s no real rush to reveal the lineup right now.<\/p>\n

If accurate, I suppose the theme of this team would be some kind of \u201ccosmic\u201d aspect, which is what fans expected when Phoenix Cyclops was announced.<\/p>\n

Obviously I\u2019ll bring you official word once more DLC is announced, but I figured this tidbit was worth sharing nonetheless.<\/p>\n
