Manchester<\/a> will soon be home to the tallest skyscraper outside London <\/a>after plans for a 76-storey tower were approved. <\/p>\n The high rise in Deansgate will house a 160-bed hotel and restaurant alongside 452 homes.<\/p>\n It will be delivered by property developers Salboy Group and luxury lifestyle brand Nobu.<\/p>\n Planning permission for the scheme was approved by the Manchester City Council planning committee on Thursday. <\/p>\n The project, which is the second phase of the large-scale project titled Viadux, will also see a smaller 23 storey high-rise built next door, and is set to cost \u00a3360 million.<\/p>\n Nobu Hospitality has two hotels in London, but this is the firm\u2019s foray into luxury homes in the UK.<\/p>\n The company was founded in 1994 by Hollywood legend Robert De Niro along with\u00a0Nobu Matsuhisa and\u00a0Meir Teper.<\/p>\n \t\t\t\tReady to start your homebuying journey?\t\t\t<\/p>\n You can access completely fee-free mortgage advice with London & Country (L&C) Mortgages, a partner of Metro.
