Prince Harry, Meghan Markle denied major photo with Queen\u00a0<\/p>\n

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were refused right to take public pictures with Queen Elizabeth II.<\/p>\n

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who were eager to get photos of their daughter, Princess Lilibet, on her first birthday in the UK, were told any phot-op was not allowed.<\/p>\n

An insider told The Sun: \u201cHarry and Meghan wanted their photographer to capture the moment Lilibet met the Queen. But they were told no chance. It was a private family meeting,\u201d<\/p>\n

They added : \u201cThere were fears any photos of the Queen and Lilibet taken by the couple’s photographer would be shared by them with US telly networks.”<\/p>\n

This comes as Prince Harry documented the account of Lilibet\u2019s first meeting with Her Majesty.<\/p>\n

He wrote in memoir \u2018Spare\u2019: \u201cArchie making his deep bows, his baby sister Lilibet cuddling the monarch’s shins. Sweetest children, Granny said, sounding bemused. She’d expected them to be a bit more … American, I think?
