Sean Kirrane \u2013 a winner earlier on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.readhorseracing.com\/ayr-630-result-pol-roger\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Pol Roger in the 18:30<\/a> \u2013 looked poised to complete a double on 9\/4 favourite Flying Moonlight, but Sheehy conjured a final effort from Patrick Street to get up by a head on the line.<\/p>\n<p>Falaise Blanc ran a fine race at 9\/1, three and a quarter lengths back in third and best of the Keith Scott pair, with Wicklow Way a length and a quarter further adrift in fourth having been unable to land a blow from the rear of the leading group.<\/p>\n<p>Tipster Accountability<\/p>\n<p>A miserable night for the form book ended fittingly. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.readhorseracing.com\/ayr-races-today-tips\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Our morning Ayr preview<\/a> made Wicklow Way the 2\/1 verdict; he drifted to 7\/2 and finished fourth, completing an 0\/6 evening for the Ayr verdicts. The Tiger\u2013Wicklow Way double had already died when Tiger was touched off in the 18:30, and the 60\/1 accumulator never survived the opener. None of the tracked names in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.readhorseracing.com\/tipster-review-templegate-kealy-oddschecker-day-one\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">today\u2019s tipster review<\/a> were engaged at Ayr tonight.<\/p>\n<p>Looking Ahead<\/p>\n<p>That was the final British race of the day \u2013 only <a href=\"https:\/\/www.readhorseracing.com\/ayr-800-result-supreme-clarets\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">the 20:00 won by Supreme Clarets<\/a> separated it from a card that had earlier seen 20\/1 and 8\/1 upsets.
