King Charles ‘reduced to tears’ by Prince William emotional comment\u00a0<\/p>\n
Prince William brought tears to his father King Charles’ eyes with his emotional remark about a role close to the monarch’s heart.\u00a0<\/p>\n
After the death of Queen Elizabeth\u00a0II in 2022, Charles ascended to the throne as the King of Britons, whereas, his son, William bestowed with the title of Prince of Wales.<\/p>\n
Not only that, Princess Catherine’s husband became the\u00a0Duke of Cornwall, which means he supervised the matters\u00a0of the Duchy of Cornwall estate.<\/p>\n
The Mirror reported that William was seen enthusiastically discussing the estate in the ITV documentary Prince Charles: Inside the Duchy of Cornwall.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Several royal fans witnessed that the King’s eldest son’s heartfelt comments left him in tears.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Talking to Mervyn Keeling, a second-generation farmer, William said, “I’ve started to think about how I will inherit the Duchy one day and what I do with it. I think it’s really important, the family angle, I really do.”<\/p>\n
In a video clip from the documentary, King Charles confessed to being emotional hearing his son’s thoughts over the Cornwall estate.\u00a0<\/p>\n
He said, “When I saw it, I couldn’t believe it. I was deeply touched and moved by what he said. Frankly, it reduced me to tears. It did, really.
