The 30-cover space on the 11th\u00a0floor of the Nick Jones-owned St Clement hotel follows\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/londontheinside.com\/cafe-clement-review-nick-jones-first-proper-restaurant-post-soho-house\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Cafe Clement<\/a>\u00a0as the latest buzzy food opening at 180 The Thames.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Knight has been working on the project since leaving Sessions Arts Club two years ago and, while exact dish details are still under wraps, we know the seasonal set menu will be \u201cdeeply personal\u201d to the chef. She says: \u201cMy food is not about being \u2018clean\u2019 or \u2018natural\u2019. It is about being true to taste and form \u2013 creating dishes that excite me, and that I want to eat myself.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sessions Arts Club is one of the most beautiful restaurants in the city, and it looks like Knight is bringing her eye for design to Lunette, too.
