I mean, he’s become a top putter now, and it’s remarkable.

“And, you know, for Brooks, he’s had one guy down here named Jeff Pierce, that’s been his guy, and then, I think when he went off to LIV, maybe those guys weren’t as available or something happened.

“And then all of a sudden, he’s switching putters and switching coaches.

“I don’t know, it’s hard.

“I’ve done that as much as anybody as well, and I’d love to have a conversation with Brooks to just talk about how he thinks.“

Brad Faxon says Brooks Koepka is ‘upset’

Koepka’s return to the PGA Tour clearly hasn’t worked out as he had hoped.

Just one top-10 finish in 16 starts is nowhere near good enough for a player of his calibre.

And Faxon highlighted how Koepka’s frustrations with his putting have led to his poor form this year.

“Well, I watched his interview afterwards,“ Faxon said.

“You know, he practices at the same place Rory McIlroy likes to play, at The Grove.

“You know, I think he’s upset, and most likely because of how he’s putted the ball. He keeps saying how well he’s hitting it tee to green, and putting has become very hard for him.“

Some time off will probably do Brooks Koepka the world of good now.

It could be argued that he is suffering from paralysis by analysis when it comes to his putting.

A new, more natural approach to putting during the off-season and on into 2027 may well be exactly what Koepka needs.

Join Our Newsletter

Receive exclusive football transfer news and updates twice a week to your mailbox

Follow us on Google Discover Brooks Koepka’s return to the PGA Tour has been underwhelming to say the…

[4106
311218,33197,2826,79,16,15
post-1144367","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-golf","tag-brad-faxon","tag-brooks-koepka","tag-golf","tag-sports","tag-uk","tag-united-kingdom
["GET
