This week, they&#8217;ll be opening a brand new city centre spot.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh\" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Salvi&#8217;s had been a mainstay of the Manchester restaurant scene for 16 years, but <a aria-label=\"\" class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk\/whats-on\/food-drink-news\/popular-manchester-city-centre-italian-34356754\" rel=\"follow nofollow noopener\" tabindex=\"0\" target=\"_self\">in late July, they confirmed the Corn Exchange site, was closed<\/a>. Founded by Maurizio Cecco, the restaurant was one the original inhabitants of the then Triangle shopping centre before the Grade II-listed building took back its original name in 2013.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh\" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Known as \u2018Manchester\u2019s \ufb01rst true Neapolitan eatery\u2019, the deli, mozzarella bar and restaurant served dishes made with authentic <a aria-label=\"\" class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk\/all-about\/italian-food\" rel=\"follow nofollow noopener\" tabindex=\"0\" target=\"_self\">Italian <\/a>ingredients.
