February 6 auction, another \u00a31,908,000 on March 27 and a flurry of bidding produced \u00a32,860,500 on May 15.<\/p>\n<p>The running total of \u00a35,575,500 raised in 2025 to date is set to continue as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bondwolfe.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bond Wolfe<\/a> continues its contract to raise funds for the council at its next four auctions this Birmingham.<\/p>\n<p>Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe, today invited other councils and housing associations to use his company\u2019s livestreamed auctions to sell their unwanted <a href=\"https:\/\/www.expressandstar.com\/news\/property\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">property stocks.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Mr Bassi said: \u201cWe have worked closely with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.expressandstar.com\/news\/local-hubs\/birmingham\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Birmingham City Council<\/a> to successfully sell a carefully selected range of its commercial, industrial and non-operational properties.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe make sure these properties are marketed to the widest possible audience, and they have attracted substantial interest, stock of properties they wish to sell.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Properties sold for Birmingham City Council so far this year include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>The former Merrishaw Children&#8217;s Centre in Northfield,, which had a \u00a3200,000+ guide price and sold on February 6 for \u00a3351,000.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>A six-bedroomed, detached house in Lichfield Road, Sutton Coldfield, which had a \u00a3600,000+ guide price and sold on March 27 for \u00a3799,000.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>A former caretaker\u2019s house in Poplar Road, Kings Heath that had a \u00a3200,000+ guide price and sold on March 27 for \u00a3262,000.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The former Four Oaks Boys Club on Wilmcote Drive, in the Mere Green area of Sutton Coldfield, which sold on May 15 for \u00a3393,000 \u2013 more than five times its \u00a375,000+ guide price.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The former Trittiford Learning Centre in Moseley, which had a \u00a3500,000+ guide price and sold on May 15 for \u00a31,520,000.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bond Wolfe will hold a further four livestreamed auctions in 2025 on July 10, September 11, October 23 and December 10.<\/p>\n<p>Auctions are
