It provides training in green construction technologies, retrofit skills, and sustainable building solutions.<\/p>\n<p>The addition of Duracell Energy\u2019s technology will help trainees gain practical experience with the energy storage and renewable energy systems increasingly being deployed in homes across Wales and the wider UK.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Renewable Energy Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The partnership comes as demand for skilled professionals continues to grow across the renewable energy and retrofit sectors, driven by increasing investment in home decarbonisation, energy efficiency improvements, and sustainable housing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mark Millar, CEO of Puredrive Energy, an authorised Duracell licensee, said:<\/strong> \u201cT\u0177 Gwyrddfai is playing an important role in developing the skills needed to support the energy transition in Wales.
