Crizac has agreed to acquire 100% of Inova Consultancy Limited, known as Inova Education, as the student recruitment platform expands its operations in Mexico and Europe.<\/p>\n

The proposed acquisition, through Crizac\u2019s wholly owned subsidiary Crizac Ltd, includes Inova\u2019s recruitment platform, university partnership portfolio, commercial contracts, operational processes and business infrastructure, with Inova continuing to operate independently under Crizac\u2019s ownership.<\/p>\n

Crizac already has a presence in Mexico through its 2025 acquisition<\/a> of Studies Planet, an education agency operating across Colombia, Peru, Mexico, Brazil, Chile and Argentina.<\/p>\n

Mexico and the Netherlands represent increasingly important markets within global education<\/p>\n

The latest deal will add Inova\u2019s established recruitment operations in Mexico and its relationships with universities in the UK and the Netherlands. Crizac said it would also mark the company\u2019s entry into the Netherlands as a destination market and support recruitment from Mexico into the country and wider Europe.<\/p>\n

\u201cInova\u2019s relationships with universities and its deep operational experience across Mexico and the Netherlands complement Crizac\u2019s global scale, digital capabilities and international reach.\u201d<\/p>\n

Agarwal described Mexico and the Netherlands as \u201cincreasingly important markets within global education\u201d, adding that the deal would strengthen Crizac\u2019s ability to connect institutions and students across the two markets.<\/p>\n

Crizac listed<\/a> on Indian stock exchanges in July 2025, when the company outlined plans to expand into new destinations and move beyond recruitment into areas including education finance and other student services.<\/p>\n

Inova founder Eric Wijmenga will join Crizac as regional director for the UK and Europe, leading its recruitment strategy, university partnerships and business development across the region.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve spent more than 25 years working in higher education, including building relationships with universities across Europe. Joining Crizac gives that work a global platform, technology and reach to support many more students and institutions in Mexico and as we expand further into Europe,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

The agreement follows Crizac\u2019s acquisition of a 37.41% stake<\/a> in Indian education finance and visa-preparation company ForeignAdmits in June this year. <\/p>\n
