Brislington<\/a>.<\/p>\nBefore crashing, the car is believed to have mounted the pavement, hit a concrete bollard and then careered into the fence.<\/p>\n
Passers-by have been overheard telling the people who were in the car that they cannot park there.<\/p>\n
One witness told BristolLive: “Crash at the top of St Anne\u2019s Park Road.<\/p>\n
“The bus wasn’t involved, but the car has nearly gone through a fence leading to the main Bristol to London railway line.”<\/p>\n
Pictures taken at the scene show the car has smashed into the metal fence and caused very significant damage.<\/p>\n

The fence is now badly bent and leaning into the trees along the side of the road.<\/p>\n
The road is not blocked and traffic is able to safely pass the car, but the pavement will be impassable until the vehicle is recovered.<\/p>\n

It is not thought that any other vehicles were involved in the crash.<\/p>\n
The extent of the damage caused to the vehicle and the fence is not known at this time although it looks extensive.<\/p>\n
No one is believed to have been injured in the collision.<\/p>\n
