The One Show\u2019s<\/a> Alex Jones<\/a> was quick to apologise after suffering a blunder minutes into the BBC<\/a> show.<\/p>\n

During Monday\u2019s episode, the Welsh star was informing viewers what they could expect to see coming up on the show with her co-star Roman Kemp.<\/p>\n

As they saw a clip of King Charles attending the Chelsea Flower Show, Roman highlighted that Alex attended with her dog.<\/p>\n

She said: \u201cYes, we visited Monty Don\u2019s dog friendly garden and we\u2019ll find out how well behaved Scout was in just a moment and I\u2019ll be showing you around some of the other stunning gardens as well on display, it was a lovely day.\u201d<\/p>\n

Roman asked if Scout was well-behaved as she pulled a face, insinuating he wasn\u2019t. Wrapping up the introduction, Alex tried to continue informing viewers what was coming up before she began to cough.<\/p>\n

She said: \u201cAlso coming up on the week that gardens are in the spotlight at Chelsea, tonight we\u2019re teaming up with the Royal Horticultural Society to, sorry. Oh my gosh, something is stuck in my throat!\u201d<\/p>\n

Roman said: \u201cBit of pollen from earlier, you all good? Have some water.\u201d<\/p>\n

Although Alex confessed she was fine as she sipped a drink before the pair rolled a pre-recorded clip of Alex and her dog at the Chelsea Flower Show.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere in the show, the pair spoke to EastEnders<\/a> star Anita Dobson about reprising her role as Angie Watts for the soap’s 40th anniversary celebrations.<\/p>\n

Roman asked: “What was that like getting back there?”<\/p>\n

She replied: “It was weird, very emotional and absolutely lovely. It was like stepping a bath of warm water, warm bubbled water. Everybody was gorgeous to me.<\/p>\n

“It was wonderful working with ‘Tisha (Letitia Dean) again, who plays Sharon. I couldn’t believe I got back into the costume! The original costume, I’m very proud of that.”<\/p>\n

During their chat, Roman asked if there was anything she would change about her life.<\/p>\n

Anita replied: “I think you have to own your life, the bad stuff and the good stuff. If you change something then your whole life has to change, it’s a completely different journey.<\/p>\n

“So, no I’m going to own up and say something’s I’ve done and I wish I done them better but I’m proud of the things I have done and it’s got me to be who I am today.”<\/p>\n
