\n\tEx-model and former French Vogue stylist Caroline Sciamma-Massenet always makes a statement. If that isn\u2019t clear from her Instagram<\/a>, where she routinely shows off her bold personal wardrobe, it\u2019s certainly easy to see in her punchy London<\/a> home.<\/p>\n

\n\tMassenet, who founded her London-based fashion label Skiim Paris<\/a> in 2016 at age 40, put her own, highly distinctive spin on the Notting Hill townhouse with the help of her friend, interior designer Peter Mikic<\/a>, Rundell Associates<\/a>, and McWilliam Studio<\/a>. Her aesthetic is a mix of Parisienne chic and London cool with a slight retro edge. \u201cI like to mix things that aren\u2019t perfect, different eras of furniture, which I suppose is very London but there\u2019s also a dash of Paris combined,\u201d she told The Times<\/a>. <\/p>\n

It appears to strike a perfect balance between form and function, being not only highly decorative but also highly liveable. \u201cComfort comes first,\u201d she told Tatler. \u201cYou have to want to sit in the chair and not find it uncomfortable.\u201d That \u201cchair\u201d could be a plush Brentano gem sofa or pink velvet loveseat, depending on the room. <\/p>\n

Further in lies a kitchen with parquet flooring, an Esmeralda marble island, and contrasting brass finishes.
