Her next of kin have been informed.<\/p>\n<p>Another woman, aged 40, remains in hospital in a life-threatening condition.<\/p>\n<p>The remaining seven people &#8211; six men and one woman &#8211; have since been discharged after receiving treatment for minor injuries.<\/p>\n<p>No arrests have been made.<\/p>\n<p>Detective Chief Inspector Neil John said: &#8220;Our thoughts are first and foremost with the victim&#8217;s family and loved ones at this extremely difficult time, as well as everyone who has been injured.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Our enquiries are progressing at pace as we work to establish the full circumstances surrounding the fire, which we believe may have been started deliberately.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>This breaking news story is being updated and more details will be published shortly.<\/p>\n<p>Please refresh the page for the fullest version.<\/p>\n<p>You can receive breaking news alerts on a smartphone or tablet via the <strong>Sky News app<\/strong>.
