Amazon has confirmed when Chris Pratt’s action thriller The Terminal List is coming back to Prime Video<\/a> for season 2.<\/p>\n

The show (at least in the first season) follows a Navy SEAL named James Reece, played by Pratt, who discovers a deep government conspiracy after his platoon is ambushed.<\/p>\n

The streamer has announced that season 2 will kick off on 21 October<\/strong>, although we don’t know if it will be an all-at-once drop like season 1 or weekly like the spin-off prequel Dark Wolf.<\/p>\n

What the announcement does tease though is that season 2 is going to have quite a strong religious slant to it.<\/p>\n

Amazon MGM Studios wrote on X<\/a>: “You better believe Season 2 is coming.” The poster features the tagline: “Somewhere a true believer is training to kill you.”<\/p>\n

Of course, you’d know that already if you’ve read the novel True Believer, the second entry in the series written by former sniper Jack Carr. If you haven’t, don’t worry, we’re not going to go into any spoilers here.<\/p>\n

Season 2 will feature Pratt, Tom Hopper, Constance Wu, Luke Hemsworth, and Dar Salim return, while The Last of Us’ Gabriel Luna, The Mummy’s Arnold Vosloo, Quantum of Solace’s Olga Kurylenko and Homeland’s Costa Ronin are among the actors joining the cast.<\/p>\n

It’ll be interesting to see is if The Terminal List season 2 will do better with critics than season 1. On Rotten Tomatoes<\/a>, there’s a huge gulf between the score from critics and the one from fans, at 42% positive and a whopping 94% positive, respectively.<\/p>\n

One fan in the YouTube comments on the Dark Wolf trailer<\/a> called<\/a> season 1 “one of the best TV shows Amazon produced” while another wrote<\/a>: “Such an underrated show. People need to watch this.”<\/p>\n

The Terminal List season 2 comes to Prime Video<\/a> on 21 October. Season 1 and Dark Wolf are available on the service now.<\/strong><\/p>\n
