This isn&#8217;t Tex-Mex \u2014 it&#8217;s Northern Mexican, inspired by the regional cooking of Monterrey, run by husband-and-wife team Benaisha and Rishad (who could not have been lovelier). I went for the feasting menu \u2014 \u00a365pp \u2014 and it was incredible value for what came out: \ud83e\udd51 Summer guacamole, sikil pak with crudit\u00e9s &amp; Spanish chicharrones \ud83e\udd80 Devon crab salpic\u00f3n tostada \ud83d\udc16 Grilled Dingley Dell pork chop (my favourite of the night) \ud83d\udd25 16-hour British Wagyu barbacoa, slow-cooked in handmade limestone pots, served family-style with Sonoran-style flour tortillas, house pickles &amp; fiery homemade salsas \ud83e\udd90 Plus wagyu sirloin on the bone, prawns &amp; corn fritters \ud83c\udf4d Roasted pineapple with cinnamon helado to finish Everything landed.
