The device was fully charged and restored to factory settings with the default static watch face. Advanced monitoring and sleep breathing quality monitoring were enabled with sleep tracked for 8 hours per day; all-day heart rate monitoring was enabled with measurements every minute; blood oxygen saturation was measured manually twice per day; all-day stress monitoring was enabled; notifications were enabled (200 messages, 15 incoming calls, and 3 alarms per day); display was activated by lifting the wrist 500 times per day; app was synced once per day; and workout tracking was enabled for 90 minutes per week.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Xiaomi includes 50 fitness modes, compatibility with Android and iOS, and a PPG sensor capable of tracking heart rates, SpO2 levels, sleep, stress and women’s health.
