It\u2019s a change of pace for Park, trading tasting menus for crispy, double-fried chicken and a short selection of sides.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Two signature chickens headline the menu, both finished with a scattering of rice crisps for extra crunch. Korean Red is a classic yangnyeom-style chicken in a sticky, sweet and spicy glaze, while Guinness Black comes coated in a deep, savoury Guinness sauce, Park\u2019s tongue-in-cheek love letter to London\u2019s most-sold pint, minus the hangover.
