Meghan Markle and Prince Harry might be moving back to England<\/a>, but apparently that doesn\u2019t mean they\u2019ll be spending quality time with the royal family. While Prince Harry and King Charles have begun the process of mending fences after a lengthy estrangement, Prince William still isn\u2019t talking to his brother\u2014which could make things slightly awkward at family reunions like Christmas in Sandringham. In fact, turns out the Sussexes aren\u2019t even necessarily getting an invite?<\/p>\n

The Telegraph<\/a> reports that Meghan and Harry \u201care not guaranteed an invitation to Royal family gatherings including Christmas at Sandringham,\u201d that they \u201cwill not be automatically included in outings for non-working members of the family despite moving back to Britain,\u201d and that the Christmas guest list is \u201csubject to a personal invitation from the King for all members of the family.\u201d Okay then!<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the royals only found out about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex\u2019s move a few days before news broke, and now they\u2019re gathering at Balmoral for their annual summer vacation. But sources have denied the existence of a panicked \u201cBalmoral Summit\u201d re: their return, and claim that they all just happen to be hanging out for their annual \u201choliday and a barbecue.\u201d<\/p>\n
