Some of them subsequently left Italy for other European Union countries, including Germany.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectable-text copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">It should be noted that the Common European Asylum System (CEAS) entered into force in June. Under the system, Germany and other EU countries are allowed, in accordance with the Dublin Agreement, to return to Italy migrants who reached the Italian coast and entered EU territory.
