Brazil \u2060midfielder Fabinho has \u2060signed a two-year deal with Trabzonspor, the Turkish Super Lig football side has announced, and will link up with \u2060former Liverpool teammate Mohamed Salah<\/a>.<\/p>\n The 32-year-old midfielder will receive a 2.6-million-euro ($3.03m) guaranteed fee and a 1.4-million-euro ($1.63m) signing \u2060fee per season, according to a Turkish stock exchange filing made by the team on Monday.<\/p>\n \u201cAn agreement has been reached for a two-year contract with \u2026 Fabinho, who is currently in free status,\u201d Trabzonspor posted on \u200cX.<\/p>\n Fabinho joined Saudi Arabia\u2019s Al-Ittihad in 2023 and helped the team win the domestic league after his five-year stint at Liverpool.<\/p>\n \u201cA really special feeling to be playing with Salah again \u2026 I had the opportunity to play with him for five years in Liverpool. He is a person whom I respect a lot both for \u2060what he has done and what he \u2060will do,\u201d Fabinho said after arriving at Trabzon airport earlier on Monday.<\/p>\n Looking to reignite his chemistry with 34-year-old Salah, Fabinho said: \u201cI will always try to do the \u2060best I can with whatever ability I have.<\/p>\n \u201cAlong with the experience and leadership that come from \u2060playing for so many years, I will \u2060always try to help my teammates.\u201d<\/p>\n Fabinho made 219 appearances for Liverpool, helping it win the Premier League, Champions League, FA Cup, League Cup, Club World Cup and UEFA Super Cup \u200ctitles.<\/p>\n
