On the whole, the ends justify the means as he enjoys a winning start to our second season in the Premier League.

However, there are players who may feel hard done by, and will need their futures resolving as soon as possible.

Mateo Joseph and Largie Ramazani frozen out of Leeds United plans – Daniel Farke

Not yet seen since returning from their loans are Largie Ramazani and Mateo Joseph. Both spent last season on loan in La Liga after seemingly falling out of favour under Farke, with mixed results at Valencia and Mallorca respectively.

Joseph has been seen in Leeds gear working through ACL rehabilitation, while Ramazani’s social media suggests he’s working hard to react to the fact he’s not in Leeds’ squad plans for this season.

Neither had been given squad numbers for the upcoming campaign, and Farke’s stance on the two was confirmed this week.

“Mateo is recovering from his injury. Doing his own rehab,” Farke told the press today, via LeedsLive. “Those not in squad in pre-season not in plans for this season. It makes no sense to reinvolve someone who was not involved in our plans last season. Where they play next season, that is up to them. No new updates.

Leeds United must find permanent buyer for Largie Ramazani – Mateo Joseph will have to wait for January

It’s clear that neither of these two players are likely ever going to play again for Leeds. As talented as they may be, it’s obvious Farke doesn’t want them in his squad.

So, for Ramazani, that means trying to find a new buyer for him as soon as possible. Valencia are clearly happy to bide their time after having him on loan last season, so we’ll have to wait and see.

Another loan would be frustrating because his performances in 2026 should have some interested suitors.

As for Joseph, his ACL injury is a crushing blow and means he’s out of action likely until the new year. It’s a shame that his career at Leeds has tailed off so much so quickly, but a loan in Janaury might be the best thing for him.

            50%
Love

            0%
Funny

            0%
Wow

            0%
Sad

            50%
Angry

Leeds United duo Largie Ramazani and Mateo Joseph will not be part of the plans this season as…

[8814
748,1385,25764,393,4884,12436,1860,2922,142361,40939,142362,16,15
post-1167280","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-leeds","tag-britain","tag-daniel-farke","tag-elland-road","tag-england","tag-great-britain","tag-largie-ramazani","tag-leeds","tag-leeds-united","tag-lufc","tag-mateo-joseph","tag-the-whites","tag-uk","tag-united-kingdom
["GET
